Wow! Another fantastic MC Romance!! The characters was well written and the story line was compelling. I was seriously glued to my tablet from start to finish and ended up getting only a few hours of sleep before work because I couldn’t put it down.
Dani and Shadow grew up in different worlds yet they have a lot in common. They understand each other’s issues on a level that most people can only hope for. Shadow is dark, sexy, and one hot MC biker alpha male. He just oozes danger and sex appeal. Dani grew up with a SERIOUSLY controlling mother and when she comes to the MC (which is run by her dad), she begins to realize how bad it was. She really blossoms quickly. I absolutely loved both of them and it was really enjoyable to see them both come so far and finally become comfortable in their own skin. They both have a lot of obsticles that they have to overcome and some seriously screwed up crap to deal with but I think that just made them stronger.
This story was very addictive and I was sucked into the Devil’s Dust MC world from the very beginning. The scenes were well laid out and described. I found it very easy to imagine the settings and events and quickly immersed myself in the story. I truly love it when the heroine learns to become a stronger person and kicks some serious butt so this was a great book for me. M. Forgy nailed this book and I can’t wait to read the next one in the series. 5 out of 5 palm trees!!
