I don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned this before but it needs to be said: I freaking LOVE Michelle A. Valentine’s books. I have devoured every book she’s written and this one was no exception. I had to squeeze this book in between other ones so I didn’t get to read it as fast as I would have liked but that didn’t make me love it any less. I snatched up my tablet to read it whenever I got the chance.
Alexander and Margo are on totally opposite sides when the book starts. Both are very stubborn and used to getting their way. He’s buying out Margo’s father’s failing company. So, her father agrees to Alexander’s deal only if Margo can have a job. Margo is actually there to get info from Alexander’s company so she can strike her own deal and keep her father’s company. However, all bets are off when they take a business trip to Vegas. These two go head to head so many times I can’t even count. These two are a perfect match for each other, even if they don’t want to admit it. I loved their personalities as well.
The story line sucked me in and I didn’t want to put it down. It will definitely take you on a ride. I will say that Alexander King definitely earned his nickname as the Naughty King. This was a fantastic story and I am so excited to read the next book in the series, Feisty Princess. 5 out of 5 palm trees!
