It made me suspicious of a few characters I had started to question while I was reading Taken and it also filled in some blanks about Grams’ intentions with taking to Kasha before she died. It did answer a few questions about a few other side characters but also left some still unanswered and left some whole new ones. It definitely has spoilers to Taken so even though the events of Marked take place first, I highly recommend reading Taken first. I really hope book 2 comes out soon because these books have managed to leave me intrigued and asking all kinds of questions. It is packed with action from beginning to end. I really enjoyed all of the characters (even Morgan) and how they interacted with each other. The story is full of cool supernatural abilities and evil demons, what’s not to like? The book is from Sophie’s perspective and the romance is mostly about her developing relationship with Tristan. However it does also show Lilli and Jackson’s as well as Morgan and Aiden’s developing relationships. It also focuses on how they are all linked Continue Reading →
